Immun-Blot PVDF membrane is ideal for chemiluminescent ａnd colorimetric western blots because it retains target protein very strongly during protein transfer but also reduces nonspecific protein binding that can obscure high-sensitivity detection.



Use this 26 cm x 3.3 m roll of Immun-Blot PVDF Membrane for chemiluminescent ａnd colorimetric western blots:

  • 0.2 μm pore size

  • Binding capacity of 150–160 μg/cm2

  • Retains target protein very strongly during protein transfer

  • Reduces nonspecific protein binding that can obscure high-sensitivity detection
