Tubular vascular chambers have been designed to allow developing cell cultures on cylindrical scaffolds mimicking the effect of flow caused by, e.g., by the blood flow on arteries and veins. Thus, vascular scaffolds are good candidates to be used with this type of chambers, although any other tube-shaped scaffolds or organs can be also cultured in this chambers (trachea, esophagus, etc.).

These chambers allow the user to create two independent flow circuits. The internal or luminal one is intended to circulate culture media through the lumen of the scaffold in order to simulate, e.g., the blood flow circulation, whereas the other one allows the user to circulate culture media around the external surface of the scaffold. Both circuits are not independent and are not connected to each other, which makes possible to use different culture media in both circuits. Co-culture experiments with different media types can be easily performed with these chambers.

Tubular chambers can be adapted to be used with to different scaffold sized both in diameter and in length in order to adapt to different scaffold geometries and sizes. All the chambers can be used in combination with the TEB series to create the desired flow conditions.

這些腔室允許用戶創(chuàng)建兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的流動(dòng)回路。內(nèi)部或管腔式的***個(gè)用于通過(guò)支架的管腔循環(huán)培養(yǎng)基，以模擬血液循環(huán)，而另***個(gè)允許用戶在支架的外表面周圍循環(huán)培養(yǎng)基。這兩個(gè)電路不是獨(dú)立的，也不是相互連接的，這使得在兩個(gè)電路中使用不同的培養(yǎng)基成為可能。不同培養(yǎng)基類型的共培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)可以很容易地用這些培養(yǎng)箱進(jìn)行。

管式腔室可適用于不同直徑和長(zhǎng)度的腳手架，以適應(yīng)不同的腳手架幾何形狀和尺寸。所有的腔室都可以與TEB系列結(jié)合使用，以創(chuàng)造所需的流動(dòng)條件。
